Jim Ryan

Jim Ryan has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jim is currently working as the Associate Director of Human Resources at The Ruby Company since 2022. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Party City from 2016 to 2022 and as the Regional Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Factory Card & Party Outlet from 2005 to 2010 and at Party Concepts from 2003 to 2004. Jim also worked as the Human Resources Director at Mariani Landscape from 2001 to 2003.

Jim Ryan has an MBA from Upper Iowa University, with a concentration in Human Resources.
