The Rybec Group is your cyber security partner built by former law enforcement investigators.

We are a founder-led cyber security consultancy based in Hull and Manchester working with businesses across the UK.

We are an accredited IASME Certification Body for Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, and Cyber Assurance. We guide organisations through the certification process from start to finish, with optional consultancy support if you need a hand with the questionnaire or want someone to review your answers before submission.

ISO is at the heart of what we do. We help businesses implement and maintain ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems, achieve UKAS certification through an accredited certification body, and keep their ISMS running with internal audits and ongoing support. We also offer consultancy for ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 42001 AI Management Systems.

For clients who need ongoing protection, we deliver managed security services including endpoint detection and response, 24/7 SOC monitoring, managed detection and response, penetration testing and vulnerability scanning

Founded in 2022 by Chris Eastwood and Alistair Kennedy, we built Rybec because too many businesses were paying for certifications without getting the guidance they actually needed. We keep things straightforward, we explain everything in plain English, and we stick with you after the certificate is on the wall.
