Welcome to the The Safety Expert!

We're on a mission to save the hospitality industry from boring food safety training. We do this through bite-sized video courses delivered by an Environmental Health Officer to re-engage bored chefs and make a real difference to food safety practices in the kitchen.

Hear from some of our other lovely customers...

✳️ “At GRAPE & Fig we can’t recommend the course enough - our team refreshed their Level 2 Food Hygiene courses and found the content engaging, easy and enjoyable to digest and of a very high quality. We’d 100% recommend to our peers in the catering industry and hope Natalie adds Level 3 soon"

✳️ “Compared to previous courses I have done, this course was great, it covers what you need to know, without too much jargon and the point getting lost in details and legislation/laws. It will be perfect for our team.”

✳️ “I did another course and I still didn't completely understand everything. I sat there falling asleep. But then I did your course and I understood. You trained me to actually understand, not just to do well.”

✳️ “The main thing that drew me to this course was that it looked well laid out & straightforward to complete. And I liked that a qualified EHO was providing the information.”

✳️ “Fabulous method. The course was easy, very well presented and very interactive. Had classroom sessions before which can be boring. This was so so interesting. Looking forward to doing another course.”

✳️ “From a manager’s perspective, I thought the course was good for the team to complete as it was engaging & I found they were talking about it which is what we want to encourage.”
