The Scene Magazine (ISSN/ISBN 1929-9958) brings you up to date news and insights on Canadian Music, Arts, and Entertainment, with special interest in the music scenes of Toronto, St. John’s, Montreal, Ottawa and Halifax.

Starting out in St. John’s, Newfoundland in 2011, we grew from providing local content and event listings for St. John’s (Newfoundland) to including additional coverage for Halifax (NS), Charlottetown (PEI) and Toronto (ON) by mid 2012 and Montreal (QC), Ottawa (ON) by mid 2013.

We are a group of dedicated people who believe that Canada has some of the best Live Music, Arts & Entertainment scene in the world, and we are here to share it with you. The magazine strives to advance Canadian music and get audiences closer to local Canadian music as well as visiting musicians and artists.  

Covering the music scene in all genres from indie rock to dub-step, death metal to pop and everything in between, The Scene Magazine believes that the best music has yet to be heard.
