Built in 1869 The Scenic Hotel has played many roles to the township of Norton Summit. Today it sits atop the summit and looks down at Kaurna Meyunna Yerta. With some of the greatest views in South Australia, The Scenic Hotel also boasts a menu that uses organic/biodynamic farming principles and ties to local producers. With future endeavours to build up a kitchen garden and associated community reintegration facility, The Scenic is changing the face of hospitality in the Adelaide Hills.
