The Scouting Party runs small‑group Relocation Weekends for professionals moving to Flagstaff. In one curated weekend, you’ll explore the right neighborhoods, meet locals (“Party People”), and leave with a personalized move plan. If you want real‑estate help, we’ll introduce a vetted Ambassador Agent—no pressure, just clarity.

What we do: Relocation Weekends • Private Consults • Community On‑Ramps • Ambassador Agent Intros
Who we serve: NAU & healthcare recruits, remote workers, families, outdoors‑driven movers
Outcomes: Neighborhood shortlist • First‑30‑Days plan • Community intros • Decision confidence

Yes, moving to a new town or city means finding a place to live and yes, we absolutely think where you live is an extremely important decision. It can bring us peace and comfort in a chaotic world. We can't forget, though, how important people and community are to us as humans. How community can carry us through the tough times and exponentially improve the good times.

The Scouting Party blends home and apartment searches into neighborhood adventures to see more than just the walls and the roofs. We show the community gardens, playgrounds, walking trails and coffee shops. You can begin to understand district boundaries for schools, crime statistics, weather patterns and if you see yourself thriving there or not.

The Scouting Party procures local pros in the community that can help start the process of connecting to a community. Biking, Hiking, Running Club members, Hobby and Fitness teachers, and many more true guides of their community waiting to recruit you.

From Friday night to Sunday noon, you'll experience more of a city or town than you'd ever thought possible. Educated on the real estate market, connect to the community, and excited to move to your new home. Join the Scouting Party and relocate with confidence.
