The Search Bar exists to connect good people to meaningful work. We choose to focus this mission on the Search & AI industry because we love search problems! Search is a dynamic intersection of human need, expansive data and evolving technology, and we’re just obsessed with it! Specializing in this niche allows us to go deep in the vetting process which results in efficient hiring cycles and lasting matches.  

The founder’s early background was in IT staffing where he personally placed 200+ engineers, and more recently, the last decade of his career was spent in the weeds with dozens of search teams helping them build amazing search experiences. The Search Bar is the only staffing agency exclusively dedicated to Search &AI.
