Kemp Steib

Kemp Steib is the current Chief Financial Officer at The Second Shift. Prior to this, they were Director of Investor Relations and Business Development for Allen Global Partners, an event-driven hedge fund affiliated with Allen & Company LLC from 2011 to 2015. From 2000 to 2011, they were Vice President of Investment Banking at Allen & Company LLC with a focus on the media, technology, and education industries. Before that, they were an investment banking analyst at Salomon Smith Barney from 1998 to 2000.

Kemp Steib graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

They work with Michelle Pae - COO, Head of Product, Elizabeth Tooter - Director of Business Development, and Ruth Le Roux - VP Community & Recruiting. Kemp Steib reports to Gina Hadley, Co-Founder.
