Michelle Pae is a seasoned product and digital strategy leader with extensive experience in the technology and real estate sectors. They co-founded RealDirect, a venture-backed real estate platform, which was acquired by Zillow, and later served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product at The Second Shift, achieving 58% year-over-year growth. Currently, they lead digital innovation initiatives as the Director of Digital Products at The Museum of Modern Art, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement through strategic partnerships and product development.
