Isabel Pfander

Isabel Pfander, LCAM, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held various managerial roles at prestigious hotels including Rosewood Hotel Group and The Setai in Miami Beach. Starting as a Rooms Division MIT at Starwood Hotels in 2009 to gain practical knowledge, Isabel progressed to positions such as Executive Office Manager and Director of Residences. Responsibilities have included managing guest relations, supervising housekeeping services, and acting as a liaison between guests and hotel departments. Isabel holds a Bachelor (Honors) in Tourism Management from Staffordshire University and several certifications, including Community Association Manager from the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
