The Seven Elementals is an elegant, mid-life transformational coaching process for high performers.

You're successful. By most measures, you've arrived. And still, some quieter part of you is asking, "Is this all there is?"

The 7 Elementals was born from that question.

There's a real difference between success and fruitfulness. Success comes from strength, control, and respectability, and it can take you far. But success alone often leaves a strange emptiness. What actually satisfies, always, is connection: with yourself, with others, with God, and making a difference in the world.

7E is a seven-stage, cohort-based process built to help accomplished leaders move from "successful" to deeply alive. Grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and the wisdom of the inner journey, it is not therapy and not a formula. It's a guided descent and a rediscovery of what makes you most human.

At the center are the seven elemental human experiences: Seeking, Care, Play, Sexuality, Rage, Fear, and Panic/Grief. Just as there are three primary colors, these are the primary emotional experiences of a human life. You can't transform what you're unable to name.

Over thirteen sessions, cohorts move through three arcs: Who Are You?, Befriending Your Whole Self, and Building a Legacy. The work happens in community. Bi-weekly group sessions are interwoven with 1:1 coaching, so the teaching lands in your specific life: your story, your wounds, your vision. That combination is what produces change that lasts.

Courage is the one requirement.

You've come far. Now come alive.
