We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that puts people at the center of programming.

Our goal is to help our partners reimagine how to work with people, businesses, and organizations in their communities to build trust, share power, and realize equitable outcomes.

We develop programs that help bridge gaps to community-led solutions. The end result is an equitable and sustainable solution for all.

💡On-the-ground support
We put team members on the ground in your communities to understand the landscape, listen to their goals and needs, and understand the pathway forward that will align best with their intentions.

💡A space for transformation
The Shared Space brings organizations and community stakeholders together, united by a facilitator who knows their aspirations, limitations, and abilities, and can advocate for collaborative, win-win solutions for both parties.

💡Resources to deliver outcomes
We help you create the conditions to equitably operationalize the outcomes of your community partnerships, allowing you to transform what you have always done to co-create solutions with your community.
