The Sharefarming Consultants came from wanting to see a team focused approach in sharemilking and contract milking, rather than one party succeeding while the other one is left behind.  Louise and Myfanwy have seen the impact this ends up having on farm and the industry, and we want to be the change our industry needs. We will provide the same advice and support that other dairy consultants do, but with the primary focus being on keeping communication lines open, keep any resentment to a minimum, and see the farm thriving as a result.
