The Sheahan Group was started under the leadership of Tim Sheahan at Conlon/Christie’s International Real Estate, where Sheahan was a partner and principal. In 2018, Conlon joined forces with Compass. Tim has been one of the top producing brokers in Chicago for the past 20 years and has successfully negotiated and closed over $1.3 billion dollars in real estate.
