The Shift is a culture change organisation.

At our core, we are committed to fostering a profound sense of belonging through cultural relevance.

We have emerged in response to an unwavering demand for change in our working environments. Not only do we observe and hear the need for change in our circles and networks, but numerous studies and reports affirm that diversity, equity, and inclusion are paramount in our relationship with work. The importance of DEI is supported by a wealth of evidence, reflecting a shared desire for empowerment in our professional lives.

Our mission is straightforward: to revolutionise work cultures with precision and a data-focused approach. We transcend mere checkbox exercises, instead, we meticulously craft environments that embody a genuine sense of belonging and inclusivity. Our objective is clear—to design organisations that authentically serve the majority of stakeholders in our workforces.
