Kaylee Pearson

Kaylee Pearson has a diverse work experience, beginning with a position as a Barista at Starbucks in 2016. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at Outlets of Des Moines ::: Altoona ::: IA. In 2020, they moved on to become an Organizational Development Co-op at Grinnell Mutual. In 2021, they transitioned to a Recruitment Coordinator at Hy-Vee, Inc. and is currently working as a People Operations Coordinator at The Shipyard.

Kaylee Pearson attended Iowa State University from 2017 to 2021 and earned a Communication, General degree from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In July of 2022, they obtained a Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers V4.01 certification from Traliant.
