The SickleWell Foundation provides coordinated, whole-life support for individuals living with sickle cell disease and the families who care for them. Our work bridges education, health navigation, economic stability, and holistic wellness to reduce disruption and strengthen quality of life across the lifespan.

Our services include education advocacy and academic support, medical and care navigation, family stabilization assistance, and wellness-centered programming that helps individuals and families stay connected, supported, and prepared. We also partner with schools, healthcare systems, and community organizations to build more responsive systems for people living with sickle cell disease.

SickleWell’s approach centers dignity, continuity, and coordination — ensuring support doesn’t stop at a single moment of care, but evolves alongside the people we serve.
