Sharon Rush, who brings over 25 years of experience in coaching, training and consulting, founded the group in 2015. Her philosophy is to grow individuals, provide them with skills that will change their lives and bring business benefits along the way.  

We work across the public and private sectors training professionals at all levels. Our experience includes working with partners from various industries, including pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and local government.
