Amy Sinclair currently serves as a Consultant at Howlett Brown since May 2021 and is the Founder of WORK IT, a position held since September 2018, where Amy provides advisory services on employment law rights and obligations, workplace training, and individual support. Additionally, Amy is a Training Associate at The Smarty Train, specializing in workplace training since March 2019. Previous roles include Senior Associate in Employment at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from January 2015 to April 2018, and Associate in Employment at Taylor Wessing from September 2010 to December 2014, where Amy also completed a traineeship. Amy holds a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy, a LPC from BPP Law School, and a Law degree with European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol, alongside studying French law at Université de Poitiers.
