Our firm specializes in retained search for consulting engineering firms and architecture and planning firms seeking licensed professional engineers and land surveyors, architects, landscape architects and urban planners, and all disciplines within the A/E/C niche.

Our company prides itself on networking with the candidates that are not actively looking, but who will entertain the right opportunity when it is presented to them by a professional. We also have contacts with our clients who, in most instances, do not post every job opening. Instead, they utilize our firm to act as silent talent scouts on their behalf.

The Smith Consulting Group has aligned itself with one of the top recruiting networks in the nation, Sanford Rose Associates. What this means to our clients is access to many more candidates than any one firm can surface, but still maintaining one point of contact. What this means to our candidates is access to more job opportunities in more markets!

Either way, if your company is searching for an A-player to build your organization or if you are an A-player looking to upgrade your career, you should be talking with one of our recruiters.
