The Smithsons Group, Inc. is a consulting firm that provides strategic solutions in community development, economic stimulation, and urban planning. We work closely with local governments, developers, and non-profits to build 'prepared places'; long-term, self-sustaining communities, through services such as needs assessments, smart city planning, workforce development strategies, mixed-income housing consulting, and land use planning.

Our long-term goal is to deliver data-driven, place-based strategies that promote equitable economic opportunity and improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
