Marcin Basiakowski

Marcin Basiakowski is an experienced Head of Quality Assurance at The Software House since July 2020, where management of a team of over 45 QA Engineers, recruitment, project oversight, and collaboration with other departments are key responsibilities. Previously, Marcin served as a Quality Assurance Team Leader and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on mentoring, project support, and quality standards implementation. Prior experience includes a Test Engineer role at eSky.pl S.A., where responsibilities encompassed manual and automation testing, as well as CI/CD process improvements. Marcin co-founded Black Company, working as a Quality Assurance Engineer, contributing to project estimation and testing for web and mobile applications. Marcin holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Silesian University of Technology and has worked with various technologies such as Cypress, Selenium, and Python.
