We’re building neighbourhood-scale composting stations across Sussex, starting in Forest Row. Each station turns food waste into biologically rich "Living Soil," supporting local growers, reducing emissions, and restoring the land beneath our feet.

But this isn’t just about waste—it’s about wonder. The Soil Factory celebrates the original workers of the earth: worms, microbes, fungi, and all the unseen alchemists that keep the planet turning. We’re creating infrastructure that’s replicable, practical—and genuinely joyful to take part in.
