The Solar House was founded on a simple idea: that buying solar panels shouldn't feel like being sold something.

Most solar companies send a salesperson to your home. We send a qualified electrician, someone who can look at your roof, your energy use and how you live, and tell you honestly what a system would and wouldn't do for you. If solar isn't the right fit, we'll say so.

We operate dedicated showrooms in Cheltenham, Cardiff and Melksham, spaces where homeowners can come in, see the panels, batteries and EV chargers working in person, watch live data from real installations, and ask every question they have over a coffee, with no pressure and no obligation.

Every system we install is designed around the individual property by our MCS-certified electricians and in-house design team, and our relationship with customers doesn't end when the scaffolding comes down. Grid connection, export payments, aftercare, we're still here for all of it.

Whether you're a homeowner considering solar for the first time, or just looking for a second opinion, we'd love to hear from you.
