The Sounding Board is a group of entrepreneurs, professional advisers and generally nice people who love the challenge of running businesses and are happy to volunteer their time to try and help. We want to share that knowledge and experience we have of running organisations in order help others with theirs.

The Sounding Board was launched in 2020 to connect experienced business leaders with growing companies. It exceeded our expectations, raising over £15,000 for the Norfolk Community Foundation, thier Nourishing Norfolk campaign.

Over the 5 years, we've worked with over 70 ambitious businesses in Norfolk & Suffolk, who came to us looking for guidance in thier growth strategies. The format was six sessions dedicated to working through a specific challenge.

Building on feedback, we have worked on refreshing the concept, blending the best elements of professional insight with peer‑to‑peer exchange.

The NEW format will be a long-running series of Masterclasses, led by the team at Chadwicks Wealth Management Limited, introducing guest speakers, experts in thier field.
