Jennifer Pena

Jennifer Peña is currently the Grants Manager at The Source. Previously, Jennifer held positions such as Manager of Economic Justice Services at Asian Family Support Services of Austin, and Service and Outcome Analyst at The Settlement Home for Children. Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Community, Administration, and Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout their career, Jennifer has been involved in various organizations working with under-served communities, individuals with developmental disabilities, and victims of domestic violence. Jennifer's experience includes grant management, supervision, program analysis, and volunteer work in social work and advocacy roles.
