The Spark Room is a coaching practice for women working behind the scenes in music, creative industries, and entertainment.

If you're a marketer, manager, publicist, coordinator, or anyone holding things together while quietly questioning whether this is still what you want, this is for you.

I'm Farhana, and I spent 15 years in music marketing (MTV, Virgin Music, AEI, MDLBEAST) before retraining as a coach. I built The Spark Room because I kept meeting brilliant women who were burnt out, stuck, or just going through the motions, and I wanted to help them find their spark again.

**What I help with:**
Clarity when you're feeling stuck or directionless
Confidence to back yourself and make the call
Navigating career transitions, pivots, or next steps
Getting out of your own way

**How I work:**
1:1 coaching sessions (virtual)
Workshops and group coaching
Goal-setting and accountability support

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about creating space to think clearly, trust yourself, and figure out what you actually want, not just what you think you should want.
