Tj Wright

TJ Wright's work experience starts in 2014 as a Program Assistant for the College Prep Institute at the Center for Leadership Development. They then worked as an Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator at the School of Science at IUPUI before becoming a Behavioral Interventionist at The Renaissance School. In 2016, they joined K12 as a Family Compliance Liaison. From 2016 to 2017, TJ was a Board Director and Chair of the Program Staff Connections Committee at Purdue Extension-Marion County. They also served as Board President and Past President at the same organization. In 2019, TJ became the Business Manager at Purdue Polytechnic High School and the Founder & Managing Partner of Juneteenth Social. Starting in 2020, they founded and became the President of The Glow Up Projects, Inc. Finally, in 2022, TJ became the Executive Director of The Speak Easy.

TJ Wright completed a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, from 2011 to 2018. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the same institution. In 2018, TJ Wright earned another Certificate in Human Resource Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additionally, in March 2021, they obtained a Talent Optimization Consultant Certification from The Predictive Index.
