Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at The Stone Collection since November 2015, Cathy previously held roles including Sales Coordinator/Order Fulfillment Specialist at Caesarstone US and Shop Supervisor at Ryder System, Inc. During time at Ryder, Cathy managed financial control, human resources, and customer interactions to enhance service quality. Earlier, Cathy founded Elite Transportation, Inc., and held various positions in transportation and real estate, demonstrating a strong capability in administrative support, customer relations, and operational management. Educational background includes attendance at the College of DuPage and earning a Residential Real Estate License from the Professional Institute of Real Estate.
