Mark McLaughlin

Mark McLaughlin is a Scottish political reporter with 20 years of experience in journalism and a strong understanding of news media. Currently, they serve as a Scottish Political Reporter for The Sun and hold the position of Head of Investigations and First Minister's Questions at the Scottish Parliament. Previously, McLaughlin worked as a Scotland Correspondent for AFP, a Political Correspondent for PA Media, and a Reporter at The Courier and Edinburgh Evening News. They graduated with 1st Class Honours in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University and are pursuing vocational training in Broadcast Journalism at TNR Communications.
