The Surefoot Effect CIC was a sustainability consultancy and training company based in Stirling, Scotland.

Surefoot helped individuals, communities, businesses and governments put sustainability and resilience at the heart of what they do. Key to our success was our values-based, transformational approach which puts people at the heart of what we do.

Whether you want to achieve net zero in the workplace, promote low-carbon living or climate justice in your community, or build resilience and choose mindful consumption closer to home, Surefoot is here to help.

We coach individuals, run workshops, training and mentoring for individuals, community groups, public bodies and organisations.

SUREFOOT'S APPROACH
We work with individuals, community groups, public bodies and organisations.
We encourage people to explore their emotions, motivations and behaviours and to make positive changes for themselves and their communities.

When people have...
- space to think
- time to explore motives and feelings
- leadership that inspires
... they create their own paths towards positive long-lasting change.

In turn, they are able to create and share their own path forward. Each new step forward leads to significant and long-lasting change.

We call this the ripple effect.
And it works!
