We are Dr Katie Amiel and Dr Kate Davies - GPs, Certified Coaches and specialists in Lifestyle Medicine with over two decades of professional experience supporting parents and families.

We also both have personal experience of raising our own children with additional needs. We’ve lived the struggle - searching for answers, fighting for support, and juggling the endless admin of appointments, meetings and forms. 

That's why we created The Survive & Thrive Collective—to provide the comprehensive support we wished we’d had on our own journey and a place to find the help parents need to not just survive, but to truly thrive.

We provide comprehensive expert support for parents and professionals supporting children and young people with additional challenges, including neurodivergence, SEN, mental health problems, school attendance difficulties and more.
