We are The Talent Arc. We run two programmes that create pathways into work for underrepresented talent. We support people who often encounter obstacles when trying to begin, or return to, a career in the marketing and communications industry.

Our No Turning Back programme delivers talks to universities and colleges about careers in marketing. We have a team of ambassadors - young people 1-5 years into their careers - who voluntarily give their time to talk to students from underrepresented backgrounds and connect them with inclusive employers.

Our Back2Business returners programme accelerates women and men, who have had a career break, back into the workplace. We run a free, six day, in person bootcamp each year that provides confidence, skills, networks and community for career returners.

We do this because we believe the opportunity to build a meaningful career in marketing should be available to everyone, not just those with existing networks or uninterrupted career paths.

For employers, this means access to motivated, diverse and highly experienced talent. The industry becomes stronger, fairer and future proofed in climate where entry level jobs are shrinking and mid level talent is disappearing.

We are a community interest company. Our ambition is to partner with organisations who believe in our vision to create opportunities for everyone, irrespective of age, background or start in life.
