The Tapestry Project SG is a registered charity and non-profit organisation that empowers mental health education through person-first stories.

These stories are written by and for persons touched by the realities of mental health challenges — students, young adults, caregivers, coworkers, community builders, healthcare providers, business leaders.

Founded by Nicole K. in 2014, The Tapestry Project aims to inspire hope and challenge personal and societal mindsets associated with mental health, illness, and recovery. It also aims to empower communities with skills for personal growth through its narrative journalling programmes and writers circles.

By sharing heartfelt, authentic narratives, we wish for our readers to see beyond the statistics, and to recognise that behind every statistic is a real person with a story to tell.
