Kelly Plummer

Kelly Plummer has over 18 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Kelly began their career in 2000 as an HR Coordinator at iWon.com/The Excite Network. In 2002, they joined GenesisSolutions as an HR Manager, where they held a lead role in all aspects of the Human Resources department, including supervising two in-house recruiters and implementing an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and a proactive recruiting process. In 2015, Plummer moved to Predictive Service as an EAM Resourcing Specialist. Most recently, they have been a Director at The Tapping Solution since 2016, where they have held two roles: Director, The Tapping Solution App and Director, Talent Acquisition.

Kelly Plummer attended Brookfield High School from 1991 to 1995, and then went on to pursue a BA in Psychology at the University of Richmond from 1995 to 1999.
