Tom Welsh

Tom Welsh currently serves as the Head of Telegraph US and Comment Editor at The Telegraph, overseeing the opinion pages for both the Daily and Sunday editions since May 2017. Prior to this role, Tom Welsh was the Deputy Comment Editor and Editor of Money at City A.M. from February 2012 to May 2017, as well as the Business Features Editor and Financial Features Writer for the same publication. Earlier experience includes a position as a Researcher at The TaxPayers' Alliance, where Tom Welsh contributed to the 2020 Tax Commission. Tom Welsh holds a Master of Arts in Modern History from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford.
