Most consultants arrive with the answer already written.
We arrive with better questions.

We are an investigative strategy consultancy. We work with leaders who know that structural disruption is not a phase, experienced enough to say so, and clear-eyed enough to want answers that hold.

Now most firms offer that assurance from the comfort of stable ground.
The Tenth Floor has never had that comfort. Founded in 2015, The Tenth Floor has operated through a decade that left very little room for theory: digital transformation, trade fragmentation, pandemic-era commercial rebuilds, the first serious waves of AI. The organisations that worked with us across the regions all had one thing in common: they wanted the right answer, not the comfortable one.

The question worth asking is rarely the obvious one. If you're ready to find it, talk to us.
