The Therapy Collective (TTC) is a professional ecosystem and clinical practice dedicated to elevating the standard of mental health care.

We believe exceptional client outcomes begin with supported, connected, and continuously developing clinicians. Through professional community, consultation, continuing education, flexible therapy workspace, and meaningful collaboration, TTC helps mental health professionals grow both clinically and professionally.

In addition to supporting providers, TTC The Practice offers high-quality therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and children throughout the Greater Austin area. Our clinicians are committed to evidence-informed care, authentic therapeutic relationships, and measuring progress to ensure therapy is effective and meaningful.

At our core, we champion curiosity, growth, collaboration, and authenticity—because therapy that transforms lives begins with therapists who never stop learning.

Our Mission:
To champion growth, collaboration, and authenticity so that excellence in therapy becomes the norm, not the exception.

Our Vision:
A future where every person has access to exceptional mental health care delivered by clinicians who are supported, connected, and committed to lifelong professional growth.
