The Therapy Group is a human-centered, relational therapy practice offering in-person therapy in Philadelphia, in-person therapy in West Chester, and online therapy/telehealth nationwide.

At our core, we believe healing happens in relationship. That’s why we place so much care and attention on the therapeutic relationship, because feeling understood, safe, and genuinely connected is often the starting point for real change. Our therapists are relationally trained, warm, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to helping you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people you love.

We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, and we commonly support clients with:

Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and low mood
ADHD (focus, overwhelm, executive functioning)
Perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood transitions)
Trauma and healing from past experiences
Grief and loss
Relationship issues and communication
Couples counseling
Sex therapy and intimacy concerns
Men’s issues & women’s issues
Body image and eating disorders
Life stage transitions

And so much more
