The Therapy Park is a therapist- and client-centred collective offering thoughtful, collaborative, and socially conscious psychotherapy.

We believe healing is layered, relational, and deeply personal. Our work is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and politically aware, supporting individuals across age groups and life stages. We practice from a non-pathologising, decolonised lens- questioning rigid ideas of “normal,” honouring lived experience, and making space for nuance and complexity. Therapy, for us, does not exist in a vacuum; it is shaped by systems of power, culture, history, and identity.

Alongside client care, we prioritise therapist well-being. Our collective is built on collaboration, care, and sustainability, so practitioners can show up ethically and fully in their work.

Whether you’re starting therapy or returning to it, we aim to offer a space that feels grounded, respectful, and human.
