Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson attended graduate school at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. His short “The Jockstrap Raiders” won many awards, including a Student Academy Award. The short has been shown at over 20 film festivals around the world.

With professional experience in video games, animated feature films, and live-action feature films, Mark has a veritable toolbox of skills at his disposal. His love of visual storytelling brought him to The Third Floor where he could collaborate with other artists and directors that share his passion. One of his favorite experiences was spit-balling ideas with Steven Spielberg, Melissa Mathieson, and Rick Carter on The BFG.
