Rob Beale is an accomplished fitness professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the health and fitness industry. Currently serving as Fitness Director at Third Space since July 2018, Rob oversees product development for the business. Previous roles include consulting for various businesses, contributing to strategic initiatives as a self-employed consultant, and enhancing product strategy and member services at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. Rob also held key positions as Group Wellbeing Director for Aspria, overseeing major projects and investments, and as Head of Sports, Health & Fitness for David Lloyd Leisure, where strategic oversight was provided for over 90 clubs in the UK and Europe.
