Don McSweeney has extensive experience in sales operations and management within the telecommunications and non-profit sectors. At The Threshold Group, roles included Manager of Sales Operations for the Eastern Division, where responsibilities entailed overseeing all operations, client relations, and new business acquisitions across multiple cable markets. As Director of the Eastern Division, focus shifted to enhancing existing business and assessing market viability for various clients, leading to successful launches of notable initiatives. Don also served as Vice President of Operations for the Non-profit Division, spearheading the organization's entry into the non-profit sector and managing relationships with significant organizations. Prior experience with RCH Companies as New England Manager involved launching projects and managing local teams.
