Simon Brown is currently the Head of Retail Sales at The Tofoo Co, leveraging over 20 years of experience in commercial management within the FMCG sector. They previously held positions such as Account Director at Youngs Seafood and Account Manager at R&R Icecream, managing significant accounts like Morrisons and Tesco. As a founding partner of kick4change, Simon co-founded an award-winning social enterprise focused on providing football boots to underprivileged children. They also served as Business Unit Controller at Arla Foods, overseeing a team responsible for the £300m+ Asda account. Simon earned a 2:1 degree in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
