Will Harper

Will Harper's work experience includes being a Principal and Executive Coach at The Trium Group since May 2018. Will has also served as a Board Member at Inside Circle from July 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Partner at The Ready from January 2017 to May 2018. Will Harper founded Like Humans, an organization aimed at aligning organizations with the intrinsic motivations of their team, from an unspecified date in 2015 to 2017. Will also worked as the COO at Blank Label in an effort to create people-centric transformations based on human insight and strategy clarification from an unspecified date in 2014 to 2015. Will Harper started their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2009 to 2012 and began their professional journey as a Fulbright Scholar to Mexico, where they worked as an analyst for a restaurant chain preparing to scale their operations in 2008 and 2009.

Will Harper has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Management and Organizations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Will also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The University of the South. In addition, they have obtained a Values Coaching Certification from Minessence International in 2018-2019 and from Values Technology in 2015. Furthermore, they completed an Executive Coaching Certification from New Ventures West in 2020. Prior to their higher education, Will attended Langley High School from 1999 to 2003.
