I'm Misti, founder of The Tudor Yank, a UK-based production company bringing wit, warmth, and cinematic storytelling to Britain's past and present.

I'm originally from Kentucky and spent 15 years in California's film industry before trading Hollywood red carpets for London cobblestones. These days I'm based in England, where I combine an outsider's curiosity with a deep love of British heritage to make historical and cultural content that's as entertaining as it is well researched.

In under a year, that approach has built a genuine, highly engaged audience:

2.9M+ views and 35.3M impressions
18,500+ subscribers and a 180K monthly audience
233,000+ hours watched
5:56 average view duration, well above the norm for the format
5.2% click-through rate, a strong signal of audience intent
89.8% of impressions driven by YouTube actively recommending the content, meaning the growth is organic and algorithm-backed, not paid

Through The Tudor Yank, we produce:

Entertaining deep dives into British history
Sharp, funny explorations of the UK and US cultural divide
Honest, first-hand insights into modern life as an American in Britain

Whether you're a history enthusiast, a fellow traveller, a brand, or a creative collaborator, The Tudor Yank offers a fresh lens on Britain's stories, past and present.

Let's tell a good one together.
