Philip Chen

Philip Chen is a Co-Founder and Operations Director of The Unscripted Project, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization focused on enhancing middle and high school students' social-emotional and interpersonal skills through improvisational theater. Additionally, Philip serves as an Investor at Fifth Wall, a real estate technology firm. Previous experience includes working in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, specializing in Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging, and serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Real Estate Department at The Wharton School. Philip also held the position of Managing Director at Nexo Productions from February 2017 to May 2020. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, complemented by a minor in Cinema Studies.
