The Unspoken Project raises awarness for common mental health struggles by creating authentic connection and ananymous sharing to identify mental health needs within communities. After identifing named mental health struggles we enlist local chapters to conduct service projects that solves these issues. Through active service, social media, and authentic connection, the unspoken project is solving mental health. 

Strangers are invited to write their thoughts on small notes and place them in a jar. These anonymous responses are prompted by posters that explore sensitive and vulnerable topics, encouraging individuals to express what often goes unspoken. The project creates a safe and judgment-free space where people can freely share emotions that they may not feel comfortable saying out loud.
 
With over 400 participants and over 2,000 followers so far, the initiative has gained attention and collaborated with various nonprofit organizations and programs. Our mission is to raise awareness and ensure that every voice is heard. You don’t have to speak publicly to be seen or understood, sometimes, simply writing your thoughts on a note and placing it in a jar so that it could be shared online can be the first step toward healing and awareness for yourselves and those around you.
