Founder, Natalie Jobity, MPhil, MBA, ACC is a leadership and career coach, consultant, brand strategist, bestselling author, and facilitator who has earned a reputation as "The Brilliance Unveiler." Her experiences as a market researcher, entrepreneur, image consultant, personal brand strategist, writer, and marketing consultant have all positioned her to empower female leaders to live in the fullness of their purpose by unveiling their brilliance, leveraging the power of their strengths, expertise, and superpowers, so they are positioned for the impact that they’re uniquely designed to make. 

In her 15 years empowering women as an image consultant and now as a coach and brand strategist,  Natalie has discovered that many women either don’t understand, embrace, acknowledge, or leverage their unique brilliance-- their “wow” factor, “secret sauce,” unique value proposition, or their distinct excellence. In her current company, The Unveiled Way, Natalie empowers female leaders to bring their purpose to fruition so they are positioned for transformative impact and influence.

Natalie is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the ACC level. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) by the esteemed Professional Christian Coaching Institute and a certified Strengths Champion Coach. Her formal education includes an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY; a Masters in Finance from Cambridge University; and a magna cum laude B.S. in Accounting & Economics from Rutgers University.
