Alan Smith is an experienced business coach and consultant, currently serving as a coach at ActionCOACH Business Coaching since April 2014, where the focus is on accelerating business growth and development. Alan also co-hosts the Edinburgh Business Stories podcast, featuring insights from local business owners. In addition, Alan works with Engagement Multiplier to enhance team performance through engagement assessments, and is a certified coach for The Value Builder System™, which aids in increasing the value of privately held businesses. Previous roles include positions at Mondelēz International, Cadbury plc., and PepsiCo, with a strong background in sales and customer management in the FMCG sector. Alan holds a Master’s Degree in Economics & Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
